Alcohol on the beachWe take a cooler on the beach with beer and where we stay there is a pool side restaurant where I like to enjoy my Bloody Mary%26#39;s and Margarita%26#39;s that I drink on the beach, no one has told me it was not allowed.
Alcohol on the beachIt is against the law to have beer on the beach. But if you don%26#39;t show everyone what your doing or make an fool out of yourself, you should be ok. We always put ours in one of those big plastic mugs with a sealed top on it.
Fireworks are also illegal to set off but if you have been to Myrtle before you know how that works.
We also take a cooler with beer on the beach but I would suggest cans in beer koozies (sp?). There are laws against alcohol on the beach but if you are discreet it is not a problem.
