Tatooing is illegal in South Carolina. You will have to go to North Carolina. Many South Carolineans go past Little River on the border of North and South Carolina to Calabash. Right past Calabash there is a place called Fantasy Ink which many people recommend.

No, there are tons of piercing places especially on Seaboard St.
