Margate or Brighton at Kingston Plantation

Has anyone stayed at either of these condos at Kingston Plantation? We%26#39;ve stayed in the villas the past 4 years but are thinking of trying a high-rise again. I%26#39;m always concerned about elevator congestion. Also, is the parking adequate? Thanks for any info!

For my annual trek to Myrtle Beach, I%26#39;ve stayed in Brighton for the past 4 years. There has never been a parking problem and we haven%26#39;t had any elevator congestion either. We%26#39;ve rented directly from the owner and gotten the same condo every time we%26#39;ve gone. He%26#39;s been a pleasure to work with and the condo is immaculate and beautiful. I understand that Margate is even nicer - although probably a bit more expensive since it%26#39;s essentially brand new!

I tried to write earlier but I dont believe my email was sent. To answer your questions... I believe that although both the Margate and Brighton Towers are comparable the Brighton is a better complex. The entry area of the Brighton is much better than the MArgate. The Brighton%26#39;s entry area is very open with twenty foot high ceilings and a wide hall way that goes all the way to the ocean. It has gigantic windowed walls which allows natural light to enter the area. It is hard to describe but extremely beautiful. The Margate%26#39;s exterior is prettier than the Brighton but I believe that the Brighton has a better interior. It is also closer to the splash pool and the restuants at the Embassy Suites. I have never experienced parking problems and elevator congestion has not been noticed.
