I%26#39;m trying to find an Oceanfront 3bedroom with kitchen for myself, my husband and 5 of our kids ages 15-27. We want to the week of June 5th for 6 nights. I%26#39;ve been on the internet too, too much. Everything begins to look the same. We want it to be nice and conveniently located. Someone has suggested Windy Hill, and Cherry Grove. I don%26#39;t want construction going on next door. Can anyone help us? Haven%26#39;t been to the area in 15 years.
Myrtle Beach Vacation
Baywatch Resort for a more private area in North Myrtle or the New Avista Resort which should be done, it%26#39;s getting good reviews, maybe minor construction.
Has anyone been there in the last two weeks that would know?
CAN';T WAIT TILL JUNE!!!!
Myrtle Beach Vacation
Try the South Wind Brand new resort. Sent my mom who lives in myrtle beach to look at it she was very impressed. Its a little north for my taste but alot closer than Cherry Grove to the action.wwwthesouthwind.com
eagleclawz if you go to www,funbeaches.com/Avista-Resort-Myrtle-Beach.html late March trip review and actual personal photos.
We like the Sea Watch, it is a Fairfield resort in North Myrtle Beach. They have timeshares, but also do rentals and have nice large condos. It is very convenient to both the North and South Myrtle Beach areas, Broadway at the Beach, the Pavilion, etc.

We stay at Ocean Creek South Towers and we enjoy it there, we also have an age range of children from teens to a 3 year old, only thing, they do not have a lazy river, but it is across from Barefoot Landing which is convenient. We have been staying there for past 10 years and no major complaints. We rent through Towers At Ocean Creek.net and get a great deal. The beach is not crowded however we vacation the last week of August (yes, we have hit a hurricane or two) hopefully not this year. I hear great stuff about Sea Watch and the Avista is brand new, a friend of mine stayed at Long Bay and said it was wonderful, very clean, nice rooms. I hope this is helpful.
