I finally made reservations at the Breakers- Paradise Towers in July. Please tell me- have I made a mistake? Is it clean? Are the outdoor pools clean? Fun for a 6 and 1 year old?
The Breakers ??
My aunt and uncle stay there every year. They%26#39;ve also gotten a few of our other relatives to stay there (younger generation family of 6) I think they really liked it! My uncle told me that the Paradise Tower is the only way to go on this one. I was actually going to book there as well. I have decided to book at Avista Resort, which is actually North Myrtle.... I think it%26#39;ll be okay. I was originally wanting to stay in the midst of the action, but I changed my mind.
I lingered on Ocean Reef, Crown Reef, Sea Watch, and Avista. I am looking for a nice place with a pool bar!! I keep waiting for more reviews on the Avista. Their construction should be complete June 1.....
Goodluck!
The Breakers ??
In downtown Myrtle Beach the Best palces to stay are the Breakers Paradise tower, the New Roxanne Towers or the camelot. You could make a very strong case of the Breakers Paradise towers being the best place of all. All 3 properties have something in common.....every room is Direct Oceanfront which is very nice.

We are also staying at Avista in July. We are excited and have really exhausted all avenues for looking at different resorts and feel since Avista is new the rooms will be nice. I spoke with GM at Avista he says all to be complete by June 6 or prior. If you are planning to stay before July 9 let me know how your stay was. Have fun!
^^ Thanks so much! Likewise here, okay?!
If you want to see actual pictures of avista taken 2 weeks ago and read review go to funbeaches.com/Avista-Resort-Myrtle-Beach.ht鈥?/a> This person stayed in march and posted pictures.
Heyyy, thanks so much!!
We are planning on mid-late August.. so fingers crossed all construction should be complete!
I would rather stay at the Yahtsman but there is no vacancy that week.
Yes great for kids, they have a kids program called the bucanneer club. They have a pirate ship and 400 foot lazy river.
