Can anyone recommend reputable, affordable B%26amp;Bs in Charleston?

I%26#39;ve stayed in the Ancorage Inn. It was about 5 years ago though. It is in a great location(near the water, fountains, right across the street from the Vendue Inn). It was affordable($85 for a week night and then $120 I think for the next 2 nights). It was clean, the staff was nice and gave good dining suggestions. The only thing is that the decor and lack of outside windows made it dark. The only window we had was to the inside of the hotel.

I would still recommend it.
