Myrtle Waves is a great water park, they have added a new area geared for the little ones a splash park with slides (a mini water park). We enjoy the park alot.

Well... both of the BIG ones have their pro and cons...

I prefer Wild Water and Wheels in Garden City b/c they seem to keep their lazy river cleaner. Odd as this may sound... it is the one ride I tend to enjoy all day long. We have had ant and bug issues at Myrtle Waves in the lazy river. Hopefully... they will have addressed that problem over the past year.

Myrtle waves used to be the best; however, not too long ago a good friend had the bottom of his feet burned so badly that he could hardly drive home. Evidentally, one of the smaller bridges is very hot-- understatement.

The worst problem is the ants.

Friends and family prefer Wild Water and Wheels, in Surfside. The park seems to have more employees; maybe that%26#39;s why it%26#39;s so much cleaner.

No matter which you chose, invest in a Sun News paper on Sunday. It wiull have great coupons, as will the Sunny Day books located in hotel lobibes.
