Does anyone know if the outside pool, is completed yet? If so is it nice?,

I called today and all the pools are complete the nice young lady said that they were waiting on the city inspect some of the pools outside and should be open any day.

Does anyone have any opinion about the outside pool area? We are staying at Avista in July and I am a little concerned. Is the pool bar and grill up and running. The pool area looks very small. If anyone can update the construction progress also. Is landscaping finished? Thanks.
