First time/honeymooning in Myrtle

This is my first time to Myrtle Beach and my fiance and I are trying to arrange a honeymoon trip May 24 - 27. We are doing this last minute due to a change in our original plans. Any advice on a good romantic place to stay that is not too expensive? I have heard a lot about the Carribean resort, but I don%26#39;t think there is any availability.

Beware this is a bike week!!! Try Garden city or Surfside beach.

Go further south to Litchfield Beach. Try the Litchfield Inn.

You could go further south to Charleston, you would be able to take horse carriage rides at the battery(downtown), has been a while since I lived there, but sure you could find some romantic spots there, just don%26#39;t know the prices - sorry.

Sorry, forgot to tell you that Charleston is about 13 miles from beaches. You could also try Isle of Palms which is at the beach, Kiawah Island is a resort that is directly on the ocean and is close to Charleston. Folly Beach is another. Hope some of this helps.

Here is adddress for Litchfield Plantation Resort, it is a secluded resort, different types of accommodations. It is very beautiful.
