Have stayed there twice. Condos are rather small and we never liked the balcony%26#39;s- there were very small and blocked in on all sides and you get a very tunnelled view of the beach. The pool was not easily acessible from what I remember. We did like the location. There is a great ice cream { and other goodies} stand right on the corner, a pretty good arcade for kids/ teens also. Has a neighborhood feel in that area which we liked. They completed a huge highrise condo complex right on the opposite corner from there last summer and it appeared to really increased the traffic and congestion in that little area. We also noticed that many of the hotels down there were doing quite a bit of renovations and new construction and there were many HUGE cranes and construction equipment that obstucted some views, were loud and effected the atomsphere during prime summer time. You may want to check with your realty comp. and ask them about it this summer.
